ST. PETERSBURG, Apr 9 (PRIME) -- Import substitution in Russia has a positive effect, and work in this direction will continue, President Vladimir Putin said Tuesday at the International Arctic Forum.
Russia invested around 1 billion rubles in import substitution in 2018, he said.
“This will continue, we will increase these efforts. And, frankly speaking, this gives a positive effect,” Putin said.
